Receiving offers

Ultimately, only you know what price you would be happy to sell at. Whether receiving directly from the buyers or through one of our negotiators, all bids are delivered to you by either email, text message or telephone.

Receiving offers directly

When a buyer makes an offer on your home, we will immediately notify you. Here, you will have to decide whether you are happy with the offer on the table, or alternatively, do not feel it is satisfactory.

If you receive more than one offer, you will have to take into account their buying status. Whether they are in a chain, require finance and how much they are willing to put down as a deposit will help you determine who the more appealing buyer is.

Once you’ve accepted an offer, it’s just a case of putting your solicitors in touch with the buyer’s solicitors. From then on in, it’s in the hands of the solicitors.

Using a sellmyhome sales negotiator

All members of our team have extensive experience working in the property industry and are all trained in the negotiation process. We’ll liaise between you and all prospective buyers as soon as an offer is made and work on your behalf in order to get you the best possible price for your home.
