Conducting viewings around your home
Depending on your circumstances and budget, you can choose whether to conduct viewings yourself or alternatively employ a member of our team to show prospective buyers around your home.
DIY viewings
When a buyer is keen to arrange a viewing for your home, we will notify you with a number of time slots in the upcoming week when the buyer is available. All you need to do is select whichever time is convenient for you, and then the viewing is confirmed.
By meeting the buyers in person you can quickly get an understanding of what they're after and this can help speed up the process of negotiation. When a prospective buyer shows interest in seeing your home, we will contact you in order to arrange a suitable viewing time.
Did you know that viewings that are conducted by the vendor are more likely to lead to a sale than those conducted by an agent? Nobody knows your home like you do, so take advantage of this to show prospective buyers the benefits of your property.
Assisted viewings
However, if you don’t feel confident enough to show someone around your home yourself, we provide an assisted viewings service. A member of our team will show prospective buyers around your home on your behalf and help present your home in the best possible light. Prior to the first viewing, we will walk round your home with you, giving you the chance to pass on your knowledge of the property. From then on, we’ll meet you at your home, 10 minutes prior to every viewing.
