We provide all the services that you would expect from a high street estate agent, including valuation, professional floorplans and photos, arranging viewings and helping negotiate the sale of your home with buyers.

How are you different from a high street estate agent?

The main difference from Sellmyhome.co.uk and a high street agent is the cost. Because we are based online, we don’t have the need for multiple branches and lots of cars cluttering up the roads. As a result, our overhead costs are considerably less, meaning we can pass on these considerable savings to our customers.

How long can I market my home on sellmyhome.co.uk?

You can market your home on sellmyhome.co.uk for up to a year, for no additional cost. If you wish to remove your property from the site, but add it again at a later date, then please contact us at info@sellmyhome.co.uk

Will I need to sign a contract?

No, you won’t need to sign a contract when using Sellmyhome.co.uk, for the simple reason that we don’t think they are necessary.

Do you manage and handle viewings?

Yes we do. Our service is designed to make all aspects of the sale as efficient as possible, including viewings. We arrange all viewings for you, and depending on which package you sign up for, you conduct the viewings yourself. Because no one knows your home as well as you do, it makes perfect sense for you to show potential buyers around your home. However, if this is not for you, we do offer a comprehensive viewing service.

Will you negotiate my sale?

We offer all the services you would expect from a high street estate agent. Our aim is to find you the right offer, from the right buyer. As a result, we take measures to establish the exact situation of every buyer who registers with us. As a result, you can confidently enter into an agreement with the buyer that best suits your circumstances

What if my home is currently for sale with a local agent?

We are registered estate agents ourselves, so it depends on the contract you have signed. If it is a sole agency, you will have to change this to either a joint or multiple agreement, or give notice according to the terms in the contract, to switch to us. We will not increase our fees if you are with another agency, but they tend to increase theirs.
