Receiving offers on your property is the really exciting bit and you don't need to be an experienced negotiator or estate agent to deal with these.
Only you'll know whether an offer is acceptable to you or not, but there are some things that you should always consider when receiving offers.
How to deal with offers
When a buyer makes an offer on your home, we will immediately notify you. Here, you will have to decide whether you are happy with the offer on the table, or alternatively, do not feel it is satisfactory.
If you receive more than one offer, you will have to take into account their buying status. Whether they are in a chain, require finance and how much they are willing to put down as a deposit will help you determine who the more appealing buyer is.
Once you’ve accepted an offer, it’s just a case of putting your solicitors in touch with the buyer’s solicitors. From then on in, it’s in the hands of the solicitors.
Using Sell My Home as a sale negotiator
We understand that not everyone likes to talk money, so why not let us deal with any offers you receive to help you achieve the best possible price for your property. For a minimal cost, we'll liaise with the buyers and inform you of every offer you receive, providing you with a full picture of the buyer's profile.
