  • I’m a bit confused as to who is responsible for the property viewings?

    You, the vendor are responsible for the property viewings. You will have an account on our site and will get an email alert every time someone puts in a viewing request or makes an offer. Our view is that as the owner of the home, you are best placed to conduct the viewings, you know your home better than anyone. The team at Sellmyhome.co.uk are on hand seven days a week should you have any questions or negotiations become tricky.

  • The most important thing seems to be to get the house on Right Move, Prime Locationand Zoopla and I am not quite clear that an online agent necessarily guarantees these websites.

  • It does appear that not many £1m plus houses in London – and not many in Central London at all - are listed on the websites of online agents. Am I correct in saying this or am I just looking at the wrong sites?

It’s these property rich, but equity illiquid vendors who may be put off the large commission charged by high street agent fees.
