Number 1 for Asking Prices

Online estate agents average asking prices graphic showing SellMyHome average asking price of £696,967 against Tepilo £381,601

Online estate agent comparison website SellingUp recently ran some research on the average asking prices of properties on the books of the major players in the online estate agency industry. What they discovered came as no surprise to us here at SellMyHome. Our average asking price is more than £300,000 higher than our nearest challenger ata whopping £696,967.

The likes of EasyProperty and YOPA are below the national average whilst old stalwarts of the industry are hovering between £300,000 and £350,000 with Sarah Beeny's Tepilo closest to SellMyHome on £381,601.

That means SellMyHome customers are saving on average an extra £6,000 compared to our closest challengers. Compared to EasyProperty we are looking at an extra £10,000!

We outperform the high street

The following graphic is based on our own data and then data from estate agent tracker Hometrack. We have consistently outperformed the high street in reaching asking price. The main reason: we won't over-value your property just to get your business. We believe in selling your home for the absolute maximum and have time and again broken sale price records in areas and streets.

Graphic showing SellMyHome outperforms the high street by delivering 99% of asking price compared to 95% on the high street
