Another week and yet another range of fantastic properties have been added to Sellmyhome.co.uk which clearly shows that savvy sellers know they can sell their home and save vast amounts of money by using an online estate agent. In the lead up to January, this is wonderful to see. Evidently the large amount of exposure our industry has had over the past 12 months has started to have a real impact on the way people approach one of the most important financial decisions in their lives.
We’ll kick things off by showing you this rather magnificent property for sale in Maida Vale, West London. A 2 bed flat on the raised ground floor of a highly desirable building, it’s pretty much equidistant between Regent’s Park and Hyde Park, so if you have a dog or children then you’ll struggle to find a better located property. The proportions of the flat also impress, with high ceilings found throughout the recently refurbished interior. As a resident you’ll also be eligible for a parking permit, so parking won’t be an issue, which for a location this central is just brilliant.
If we head towards Hyde Park you’ll come across another one of our properties in Sussex Gardens, just north of the park. It’s another 2 bedroom apartment for sale, this time though it’s located in an even grander building. The location really sells it, being literally a stone’s throw away from acres of greenery. You could wake in the morning, grab a coffee, stroll through the Italian Gardens and be back 15 minutes later. That’s pretty special by anyone’s standards. The flat itself will also blow people away, with a built in sound system and a jacuzzi!
A decade ago it would have been unimaginable that properties like this would be marketed and sold without estate agents, so things really have changed rapidly, which makes you wonder where things will be in another decade. Can the internet destroy estate agents?!
We’ll now move onwards to North London and look at a spacious 3 bed flat for sale in an extremely attractive red brick building. Located moments away from Crouch End’s finest restaurants and pubs, its location will appeal to many. If you’re a keen runner then Hampstead Heath could easily become part of your circuit. The garden and terrace are other selling points to the property and there’s plenty of room for further improvements in this area. It really would make a lovely project for someone over the summer months.
So there’s a taster of some of the properties for sale with Sell My Home. You’ll be able to see that we cater for people with properties of all shapes and sizes and if you’ve browsed our website you’ll have seen that we explain how to sell your home online with us very simply. We’re also very proud of our free home valuation service. If you’d like to value your property for free then please just visit our dedicated page.
On a final note, we were interested to read today a Graham Norwood article which shone a spotlight on the limitations of conventional high street estate agents – namely the hours they work at weekends. With online estate agents like Sell My Home, as you control viewings, you can respond better to the availability of potential buyers when they are actually free to view properties at the weekend. An interesting thought.
