We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join a fast-growing PropTech start-up in South-West London on a part-time contractual basis.
Your duties will involve;
- Handling payroll
- Completing VAT returns
- Issuing invoices and monitoring payments
- Receiving and making payments on accounts
- Bank reconciliation’s
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Working out tax and national insurance deductions
- Issuing tax forms (P45s for example)
- Create monthly management accounts
The role is part-time at 0.5 - 1 day a week.
Skills that are a must;
- Accounting experience
- Experience using Xero Accounting Software is essential
- Process driven with strong organisational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
