Brainchild of the organisers of Welsh festival, Green Man presents Courtyard at King’s Cross, a four day celebration of Welsh beer and cider, bringing 100 varieties from independent breweries to Lewis Cubitt Square. It’s the first beer and cider event to come to King’s Cross, and as well as plenty of drink, will also be hosting a selection of street food with lots of it coming straight from Wales as well as walkabout performances, art installations and circus skill showcases, alongside workshops in setting up your own micro-brewery, brewing your own beer, and matching cider to foods.
It doesn’t just end with beer and cider, the Courtyard will also welcome a huge variety of musicians and DJ’s, just as you’d expect from Green Man, with Huw Stephens DJ-ing and a stage curated by Moshi Moshi Records hosting the likes of Boxed In, The Wave Pictures and Happyness.
The festival is free to attend but if you make your way over to the Courtyard’s website you can get guaranteed entry as well as deals on beer refills for multiple people.
