We love having a larger than average driveway and a front garden with a pretty tree to look out onto . The long garden and wide driveway give the house presence and it's nice not to be too close to the street. The local area is very quiet allowing us to relax in the garden. There is a nice playground around the corner which we regularly use. We also have the bonus of a very convenient direct footpath which leads through the estate to Morrisons supermarket; it's ideal if you want to pop out to buy a few essentials. It's also great having so many nice bars and restaurants just on our doorstep in nearby Wickersley.
