We've absolutely loved living at Pelham Court. There's a real community feel within the block and the flat itself is in beautiful order with loads of space (finding a two-bedroom flat with two genuinely large, double rooms isn't easy in Brighton!) The flat is incredibly well insulated meaning below average energy bills and we're really going to miss that bathroom! The flat is ideally situated for rail/bus links and has a huge Sainsbury's just a five-minute walk away, not to mention a selection of great local pubs (Martha Gunn is our favourite!)
